Turnkey Hub offers premium full turnkey homes at affordable prices to our network of independent investment advisors, empowering them to offer a seamless home-buying experience for their clients. Our role is to manage the operational side of the new home process – from contracts and permits to everything in between – allowing investment advisors to focus on what they do best: guiding clients through the home and land selection process.
Our expertise bridges sales, operations, and construction, ensuring that every step of your journey is managed by specialists rather than people stretched across multiple roles or departments, potentially leading to less depth and quality in any one area. HOW DOES IT WORK?
At Turnkey Hub, we have created a simple, three-step model that ensures every part of your
home-building journey is managed by experts:
1. Investment Advisor
(House/Land Selection)
Your journey starts with your independent Investment Advisor, who helps you find the perfect home design and overall package. Their sole focus is on helping you make the right decision without getting bogged down in the operational side of things. They offer personalised service and work closely with Turnkey Hub to provide you with the floorplan, features and pricing to best suit your unique requirements and overall budget.
2. Turnkey Hub
(Operations & Admin)
Once you’ve selected your home and are ready to move forward, Turnkey Hub steps in to handle all the drafting, administration, contract preparation and relevant approvals required to ultimately obtain your building permit. We specialise in managing the paperwork and compliance details that can be complex and time-consuming, ensuring that everything is completed accurately and efficiently.
3. Builder
(Quality Construction)
Once we receive your building permit, your home journey then moves to the builder stage of the process to commence construction. At this point, the assigned builder will take over the communication and updates regarding your construction progress, ensuring that your home is built to the highest standard. Whilst your updates will come straight from the builder during this stage, Turnkey Hub will remain in the background, observing the progress of the job as well.
Whilst we remain available to you throughout all of your journey, this 3-step model has proven to be very successful for several years because it ensures that each part of your journey is managed by a specialist, giving you the best possible experience at every stage.

What does ‘Full Turnkey’ really mean?
‘Full Turnkey’ means everything is included to the point where you can simply collect the keys and move in upon completion. At Turnkey Hub, we provide proper full turnkey inclusions such as front and rear landscaping, driveway, fencing, letterbox, clothesline, cooling, blinds and much more. This means you won’t have the added stress of having to pay for all these items after your home is completed.

All initial enquiries and questions should be directed to your independent Investment Advisor. They are your dedicated guide and will assist you with your options and next steps relating to your home.
Current Customers:
If you have already have a job with us, any further questions can be addressed by either your Investment Advisor or your assigned Turnkey Hub pre-site administrator. We are both here to help you through the administrative process and ensure everything runs smoothly right up to the start of construction.
